Signing Ceremony for International Antidrug Federation ‘IAF’ – Moscow, Russian Federation

The ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Intention for establishment of the International Antidrug Federation ‘IAF’ took place on 23 August 2019 at the Ministry of External Affairs of the Russian Federation. The following persons took part in it: Nikita LUSHNIKOV – the President of the National Antidrug Union (NAU) of the Russian Federation; Pavel ABRAHAM, Professor, Doctor – President of the International Antidrug Alliance (IAA) of Romania; Mircea GRECU – President of the International Centre for Addiction Preventing and Informing (ICAPI) of the Republic of Moldova; Vladimir ODNOSTALCO – Deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova; Vladimir KUZNETSOV – Director of the Information Centre of the United Nations Organisation (UN) in the Russian Federation; Vasile PESTREANU – First Deputy President of the International Antidrug Alliance (IAA) of Romania, and other representatives of the governmental authorities and civil society from the Russian Federation, Republic of Moldova and Romania.
